Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an intraorally disintegrable tablet, etc., said tablet having a high tablet hardness and excellent disintegrability even in the case of containing a large amount of a medicinal ingredient. Provided are a disintegrable granular composition that is produced by a granulation method comprising at least two stages, and an intraorally disintegrable tablet that contains a medicinal ingredient having a distribution coefficient of -6.0 to 10.0, in particular, the intraorally disintegrable tablet that has a tablet hardness of 30 to 100 N and a disintegration time in water of 10 to 30 sec., etc.
