Abstract:
The invention referes to non-ferrous metallurgy and can be used for zinc and indium containing materials processing resulting in high-purity indium powder production. The method comprises converting crude indium into a salt compound and subsequent treatment of the latter with water solution in two stages using water redistillate and an acetic acid solution.
