Abstract:
Provided is a microreactor that can be manufactured more inexpensively.
A microreactor 10 is provided with a means for movement that moves liquid raw material by the pressure of air. The microreactor 10 is provided with a raw material tank 12 for storing the liquid raw material. The means for movement that moves the liquid raw material can move the liquid raw material stored in the raw material tank 12 by air pressure within the raw material tank 12. A small-diameter part 28 is preferably provided in a pipe 18 connecting the raw material tank 12 and the next machine.
