Abstract:
The present invention involves: acquiring a frame through imaging executed by an imaging unit; acquiring, from the frame, document image data relating to a document; calculating a contrast evaluation value of the document image data; determining whether or not the contrast evaluation value is equal to or higher than a highest evaluation value; setting the contrast evaluation value as a new highest evaluation value when the contrast evaluation value is determined to be equal to or higher than the highest evaluation value; and, when the new highest evaluation value is set, acquiring a frame used for determining the evaluation value , or acquiring a frame through imaging is executed again by the imaging unit.
