Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a phase compensation circuit module, a power amplification assembly, and a compensation method and device. The phase compensation circuit module at least comprises a variable resistor, a detection assembly, and a control assembly; a detection terminal of the detection assembly is connected to a signal input terminal of a power amplifier, and is configured to detect an input signal of the signal input terminal; the control assembly is connected to the detection assembly, and is configured to output a control signal according to the input signal detected by the detection assembly; the variable resistor is connected to an output terminal of the control assembly, and is configured to change, according to the control signal, a resistance value connected to the power amplifier; and the variable resistor forms a circuit of the power amplifier, and is configured as an on-resistance value of a transistor constituting the power amplifier, wherein the on-resistance value of the transistor is configured to change when the phase of an output signal of the power amplifier changes.
