Abstract:
[Problem] To optimize image quality of processed radiation images acquired using gradation processing, while reducing the number of imaging menus, in a radiation-image processing device and method. [Solution] A feature-value calculation means (36) calculates, on the basis of a radiation image (G0) acquired by irradiating a subject with radiation, a feature value (Din) for the density of the radiation image. A target-density calculation unit (37) calculates, on the basis of the radiation image (G0), a target density (Dout) for converting the feature value (Din). An image processing unit (38) subjects the radiation image (G0) to image processing including gradation processing, such that the feature value (Din) becomes the target density (Dout), to acquire a processed radiation image (G1).
