Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce the burden of aligning the position at which to dispose a surfactant when measuring raw milk. [Solution] This raw milk measuring instrument 1 comprises: flow paths 12a, 12b, 12c through which raw milk flows; a surfactant 122 disposed on side walls 12as, 12bs, 12cs of the flow paths 12a, 12b, 12c; and electrodes 142, 144, 162, 164 at least portions of which are disposed within the flow paths 12a, 12b, 12c. At least part of the surfactant 122 is disposed further upstream than the electrodes 142, 144, 162, 164. The raw milk measuring instrument 1 also comprises: a top part 110 having an inlet 11a and an outlet 11b for the raw milk; a bottom part 130 on which the electrodes 142, 144, 162, 164 are disposed; and an intermediate layer 120 disposed between the top part 110 and the bottom part 130, the side walls 12a, 12b, 12c being formed in the intermediate layer 120.
