Abstract:
Salvianolic acid of high purity, preparation method and use thereof. The deficiency of prior arts lies in that the purity of the obtained salvianolic acid B is lower than 92%. To obtain salvianolic acid B whose purity is higher than 92%, many steps are needed and the cost is very high, thus unable to be used for industrial production. The present method includes: extraction, polyamide chromatography, collecting, making into pharmaceutical preparations. Said extraction is grinding Chinese medicinal material salvia, extracting with water in condition of pH 1-7.0. Said polyamide chromatography is first removing impurities with water and lower alcohol, then eluting with lower alcohol, collecting components of salvianolic acid B whose purity is higher than 98%, vacuum concentrating, adjusting pH value to 1-6.5, filtrating the eluent immediately with sephadex gel column, collecting components containing salvianolic acid B in sections, vacuum concentrating, freezing-drying, obtaining salvianolic acid B whose purity is higher than 98%. The present product can be used as material for the preparation of pharmaceutically acceptable pharmaceutical preparations.
