Abstract:
This solid-state imaging device (1) is equipped with: a pixel unit (2) in which unit pixels (10) are two-dimensionally arranged, each unit pixel including a photodiode (11) for accumulating a signal charge, a transfer transistor (13) for transferring the signal charge accumulated in the photodiode (11), a charge detection part (14) for temporarily accumulating the transferred signal charge, and a reset transistor (12) for resetting the signal charge accumulated in the charge detection part (14); and a vertical scanning unit (4) for driving the pixel unit (2). The vertical scanning unit (4) is equipped with: a row selection part (210); level shift circuits (303) for converting the level of an externally input source voltage; and buffer circuits (302) for buffering the voltage having the level converted by the level shift circuits (303). Each level shift circuit (303) is equipped with: a step-down-side level shift converter (300); and a step-up-side level shift converter (301) which is separated from the well of the step-down-side level shift converter (300).
