A transflective liquid crystal display panel (100) and a transflective liquid crystal display device. The transflective liquid crystal display panel (100) comprises an array substrate (50), a plurality of sub-pixel regions being formed on top of the array substrate (50), each sub-pixel region comprising a transmission region (A) and a reflective region (B), a polarising plate (51) being arranged on the outer surface of the array substrate (50), the polarising plate (51) having a first surface (511) oriented towards a backlight source (70). The region on the first surface (511) corresponding to the reflective region (B) is at least partially provided with a reflective layer (30). The light emitted by the backlight source (70) being lost during the reflection process due to being absorbed by the polarising plate (51) is avoided, thus further improving the utilisation efficiency of the backlight source (70). The structure is simple, and production and manufacturing costs are greatly reduced.
