Abstract:
A vibration exciter, comprising a housing (1) having an accommodating cavity (14), a stator assembly (3) fixed in the housing (1), and a vibrator assembly (2) accommodated in the accommodating cavity (14) and driven by the stator assembly (3) to vibrate. The stator assembly (3) comprises a pole core (31) fixedly connected to the inner side of the housing (1) and magnetic steel (32) fixedly connected to the side of the pole core (31) away from the housing (1); the vibrator assembly (2) comprises a bobbin (21) accommodated in the accommodating cavity (14), a coil (22) wound around the outer side of the bobbin (21), counterweight blocks (24) fixed to the bobbin (21), and a column group (23) fixed to the end of the bobbin (21) and elastically connected to the housing (1), and the bobbin (21) is of a solid structure. According to the vibration exciter, when the coil (22) is wound, the coil (22) can be wound around the bobbin (21) and the column group (23) and is not prone to deformation, and the consistency of the shape of the coil (22) is improved.
