Abstract:
Provided is a wireless communication device that is capable of achieving a more stable wireless communication link in a communication system in which an unlicensed band is used. The wireless communication device comprises a determination unit (243) for determining whether a channel is clear or busy, a communication unit (220) for sending an uplink signal for a RACH procedure, and a setting unit (243) for setting at least a first resource and a second resource involved in the sending of the uplink signal; the first resource is selected from among a resource set that is established using RRC layer information, and the second resource is indicated using downlink information of a physical layer.
