Abstract:
To provide an angle calculation device that can propose the unprecedented use of an absolute angle calculated redundantly, and provide a steering device.SOLUTION: A steering control unit 47 includes a first count value arithmetic circuit 50, a second count value arithmetic circuit 60, a first absolute angle arithmetic circuit 70, a second absolute angle arithmetic circuit 80 and a control device 90. The control device 90 calculates a first integrating angle by using a first count value C1 calculated by the first count value arithmetic circuit 50, calculates a first absolute angle by using absolute angle information calculated by the first absolute angle arithmetic circuit 70, and calculates a second absolute angle by using the absolute angle information calculated by the second absolute angle arithmetic circuit 80. The control device 90 has a determination unit for determining the presence or absence of abnormality of the first absolute angle and the second absolute angle on the basis of the relationship between the first absolute angle and the first integrating angle, and the relationship between the second absolute angle and the first integrating angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
