Abstract:
To provide a heat exchange system capable of reducing heat transfer through a window and thereby curbing cooling and heating loads.SOLUTION: A heat exchange system comprises a window 1 and a heat exchanger 2. The window 1 has an outer partition body 3 and an inner partition body 4. The heat exchange system recovers heat escaping through the inner partition body 4 in a manner that allows air to flow along an inner face of the outer partition body 3 and an outer face of the inner partition body 4. The heat exchanger 2 recovers heat of indoor air. The heat exchange system allows external air to pass through first the window 1 and then the heat exchanger 2 or through first the heat exchanger 2 and then the window 1 and thereby: taking in external air indoors in a manner that recovers the heat escaping through the inner partition body 4 and the heat of indoor air and transfers the recovered heat to the external air; and discharging indoor air, with the heat thereof removed by the heat exchanger 2, outdoors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
