Abstract:
To analyze a distribution of a force transmitted from a tire to a rim by reducing an analysis man-hour and calculation cost in a simulation method, a program, and a simulation device for a pneumatic tire assembly.SOLUTION: A simulation method of a pneumatic tire assembly 100 includes acquisition of a tire FEM model 210 which divides shape data of a tire 110 into a plurality of elements, acquisition of a rim division model 220 dividing the shape data of the rim 120 into a plurality of segments 221, setting of material physical property values and a boundary condition with respect to the tire FEM model 210, setting a boundary condition for the rim division model 220 and setting as a rigid body of each of the plurality of segments 221, an analysis for adding power, displacement, and rotation with respect to the tire FEM model 210 assembled with the rim split model 220, and an analysis of a transmission distribution of the force from the tire FEM model 210 to the rim split model 220 by checking the force added to each of the plurality of segments 221.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
