PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with an image which makes it easy for the user to know where a focus point is in alignment in an imaging apparatus having imaging devices with different focal lengths in the imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a plurality of imaging units individually photoelectrically converting incident light through a plurality of lenses having different focal lengths; detection means for executing detection processing for detecting a subject from an image signal in each of image signals corresponding to a plurality of focal lengths output from the imaging units; and output means for outputting an image focused on the subject detected by the detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
