PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-hemming apparatus capable of performing a processing accurately, while disusing a lower die.SOLUTION: A roll-hemming apparatus 1 has a first robot 10 including a roll hem 12, a second robot 20 including a retainer 22 for retaining a workpiece W, and a workpiece receiving component 30 including a receiving surface part 30a for receiving a marginal part of the workpiece W, when subjecting the marginal part of the workpiece W to roll-hemming by the roll hem 12.
