Title:
ADVANCED HIGH TEMPERATURE TURBINE NOZZLE PLANNING TEMPERATURE FALL BY OPTICAL REFLECTION AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004218639
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a solution different from a prior art for a high temperature problem to be suffered by a turbine nozzle.

This constituting component includes a heat insulation film 114 which can operate at a high temperature over the constituting component made of a high temperature metal. The heat insulation film 114 is polished on the surface so as to suitably reflect a radiant heat into a gas channel. The thin layer of a high temperature reflector 116 is adhered to the polished heat insulation film 114. As a method for adhering, the reflector is suitably fixed to the polished surface without increasing the surface roughness. The high temperature reflector 116 is adhered to the rear surface of a compressor, for example, like on the turbine nozzle. The surface reflects the radiant heat to return the radiant heat into a high temperature gas channel 120. The reflected radiant heat is not collected on the other any hardware constituting component. This constituting component is designed to return the radiant heat to the gas channel 120 without absorbing (only operating to raise the temperature of a wall) the radiant heat to the wall of the constituting component.
