Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve application for hydrocarbon fire and polar liquid fire by additionally incorporating a block hydrophilic fluoropolymer which comprises a linear central part made up of a specified number of units of polymerized hydrophilic monomers and a specified number of identical hydrophobic and lipophobic end parts each containing a terminal perfluoroalkyl group. SOLUTION: A triblock hydrophilic fluoropolymer is additionally contained in an alcohol resistant extinguishing bubble concentrate containing polysaccharide. The triblock hydrophilic fluoropolymer comprises a linear central part made up of 5-10,000 units of polymerized hydrophilic monomers of at least one kind and two identical hydrophobic and lipophobic end parts each containing a terminal perfluoroalkyl group. This polymer contains a polymerized hydrophilic central part and two identical hydrophobic and lipophobic polyfluoride end parts and is produced by radical polymerization of at least one hydrophilic monomer.
