Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily perform the analysis of a fluid process, by estimating a fluid as divided mobile bodies having appropriate sizes, and simulating the mobile body with a discrete system simulator formed at every flow tube and the process constituting member of a various kinds of devices being connected to the flow tube. CONSTITUTION:To a fluid process 1, a controller 2 and a process analyzing device 3 are connected, and the process controller 2 controls the fluid process based on the analyzed result of the process analyzing device 3. The fluid passing a system constituting member such as the flow tube 4, etc., expresses a cube 5 formed by dividing its cross section in small cubes and having a prescribed length as the mobile body 6. The size (cubage) of the mobile body is stipulated as a group which perform the same action in a prescribed process constituting member. Information such as temperature, pressure, and density, etc., are attached on each mobile body, and the action of the mobile body is simulated with a discrete type simulator equivalent to each process constituting member.
