To provide an antistatic agent having excellent stability, wettability, film formability, and draw compliancy, applicable even to an in-line coating method, and capable of forming, at an unprecedentedly low quantitative ratio thereof, an antistatic layer having excellent adhesiveness and heat resistance and capable of exhibiting an excellent antistatic performance even at an unprecedentedly low humidity.
The provided antistatic agent comprises: (A) a cationic aqueous resin including repeating units having quaternary ammonium groups; (B) an anionic resin selected from the group consisting of aqueous polyurethane resins having anionic hydrophilic groups, aqueous poly(meth)acrylic resins having anionic hydrophilic groups, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers having anionic hydrophilic groups; and (C) an aqueous resin selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, aqueous polyester resins, and aqueous cellulose derivatives.
