Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable to operate the device without using a coupling attached on a robot hand.
CONSTITUTION: A pulley 10 is revolved by a reversal operation of a stepping motor 9 and a pulley 12 is revolved via a belt 11. A ball screw 13 connected with the pulley 12 is also synchronously rotated and a rack 4 held by a robot hand 3 is moved up and down. Here, when a power source is turned off, an electoromagnetic brake 8 is operated and the stepping motor 9 is braked and various transmission components including the pulley 10, etc., are also held and the rack 4 is stopped at the position where the power source is turned off.
