The bamboo charcoal particles are obtained by charging sand, a bamboo charcoal powder, a binder and water into a granulator to cover the outer peripheral surface of each particle of the sand, as a nucleus, with a viscous mixture comprising the bamboo charcoal powder, the binder and water and to granulate.
