Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a bar from slipping off and to prevent the generation of torsion on the bar by always setting the axis of the bar and the axis of a horizontal shaft of a receiving base in right angle with a positioning means.
CONSTITUTION: In a 1st process, a bar 10 is placed between a 2nd positioning means 18 and a 5th positioning means 31, and one end face is brought into contact with a 1st positioning means 16. A punch is lowered and one end is bent in right angle. In a 2nd process, the end bent part 10A of the bar 10 is made to face downward and the bar is fixed on a bracket 21 with a clamp plate 23 of a 3rd positioning means 121 By lowering the punch, the other end of the bar 10 is bent in the direction reverse to the end bent part 10A, for example, bent in right angle. In a 3rd process, the other end bent part of the bar 10 is brought into contact with the front face D while inserting inside the 4th positioning means 27 and the other end bent part 10A of the bar 10 is inserted inside the 5th positioning means 31. By lowering the punch, the bar 10 is bent from the center part, for example, by 90°.
