Abstract:
To provide a bellows structure body capable of preventing aging breakage of a bellows part which is repeatedly stretched and shrunk.SOLUTION: A bellows structure body 2 is provided to a housing, which houses a heating element heated by energization, and is filled with a refrigerant for cooling the heating element. The bellows structure body 2 comprises: a bellows part 3 constituted of a cylindrical body blocked on one side in a direction of a center shaft O1 and opened on the other side, in which crest parts 33 and valley parts 34 are alternately arranged in the direction of the center shaft O1. The inner side of the bellows part 3 is connected to the inside of the housing, and the bellows part can be stretched/shrunk with a change of pressure in the housing. A closed space 35 blocked from inside and outside of the bellows part 3 is provided on at least one of a peak part 331 of the crest part 33 and a bottom part 341 of the valley part 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
