Abstract:
To provide a bendable paper straw production method and a product thereof.SOLUTION: A bendable paper straw production method includes: a process of producing a paper tube body 10 having a spiral tube structure using adhesive material and paper material; a process of inserting a support shaft 20 into the inside of the paper tube body along an axial direction of the paper tube body; a process of disposing the paper tube body and the support shaft between a pair of a first roller 30 and a second roller 40 that have a plurality of parallel annular grooves, before the adhesive material is completely dried and cured; a process of rolling and pressing the paper tube body using the first roller and the second roller together to form, using the annular grooves, a waveform tube structure in a length range of a given section on a tube wall of the paper tube body; a process of making the adhesive material be dried and cured by pressing and contracting the waveform tube structure before keeping it for a given time period or quickly baking the waveform tube structure to fix a shape of the waveform tube structure; and a final process of drawing out the support shaft. Thereby, a bendable paper straw capable of being used by arbitrarily bending a waveform tube structure position is produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
