PURPOSE: To enable high grade bending or twisting while a spring back amount is precisely predicted regardless of the lot and/or individual difference of a material to be worked.
CONSTITUTION: While the load or torque applied on the material to be worked from a loading device and the amount of deformation of bending or twisting coming up with the load or torque is monitored in real time during loading, the elastic coefficient and reversing line of the material to be worked is calculated and the spring back amount of the material is predicted.
