Abstract:
To provide a benzimidazole compound useful as an inhibitor of protein kinase.
The present invention relates to compounds useful as inhibitors of Aurora, FLT-3 or PDK1 protein kinase. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising the compounds and methods for using the compounds in the treatment of various diseases, health conditions or disorders. The invention also provides processes for preparing compounds. According to the invention, a method for inhibiting activity of FLT-3 protein kinase in patients is also provided.
