A

To provide a material of a dopamine transporter(DAT)-imaging agent radiolabeled by technetium or rhenium, capable of adding blood-brain barrier, and having high compatibility with and selectivity of the DAT.

This radio active medicinal compound is obtained by linking a tropane compound through the N atom at the 8-position to a chelating ligand capable of complexing the technetium or the rhenium to produce a neutral labeled complex that selectively binds to the serotonin transporter with a ratio of 10 or more. The compound can be prepared as a separate diastereoisomer as well as a mixture of diastereisomers. Also radiopharmaceutical kits for preparing the labeled radiopharmaceutical compounds are also disclosed.
