Abstract:
To attenuate noise from a cabinet for housing communication/electronic equipment.
The cabinet according to the present invention mounts a ventilating fan 3 to an exhaust outlet 2 provided in the cabinet 1 for ventilation and permits the ventilating fan 3 to be covered with an exhaustable cover 4. A sound absorbing member is provided inside the cover 4, and noise generated from the cabinet 1 is absorbed and attenuated by the sound absorbing member until it is exhausted and discharged to the outside.
