Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying type cooling device comprising a slit nozzle having a lift mechanism setting the height of a slit nozzle from a conveyor belt according to a variation in thickness of works caused by the changing of the types of the works and a variation between the works and a water vent mechanism capable of supplying clean cool air obtained by removing moisture from cool air in the nozzle in the form of a vertical high-speed jet flow.
SOLUTION: This carrying type cooling device comprises a plurality of cooling units Ui, Ui+1, and Ui+2 longitudinally divided along the running direction E of the forward moving side belt 14a of a carrying conveyor 14. Each cooling unit comprises a lift mechanism 32, a cool air circulation part 33, an upper high-pressure cool air casing 34, and a lower high-pressure cool air casing 35.
