Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb shock that is applied to a cask structure body and an accommodated object when a cask falls down.SOLUTION: A cask 1 comprises a cask structure body 12 and a deformable inner cushioning part 13. The cask structure body 12 includes a tubular cask body part 21, a top lid part 22 and a bottom lid part 23. The top lid part 22 and the bottom lid part 23 close openings at both sides of the cask body part 21 in a length direction. In an internal space 10 of the cask structure body 12, the inner cushioning part 13 is disposed between an accommodated object that is accommodated in the internal space 10, and the top lid part 22. Thus, even if the cask 1 falls down, late fall shock caused by a collision of the accommodated object with an inner surface of the cask 1 later than collision of the cask 1 and a ground or the like can be absorbed in a simple structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
