The cleaning apparatus includes a supply device providing a cleaning material to nozzle means 3 for spraying the cleaning material on a cylinder 4 to be cleaned. The cleaning apparatus also includes sucking means 5 for sucking used cleaning material 6, and guide means capable of moving the nozzle means 3 along with the sucking means 5 along a cylinder reference line for carrying out cleaning action by full extension of the cylinder.
