Abstract:
To provide a coated plate improved in contamination resistance and a method for producing the coated plate.
The coated plate has a surface layer coat mainly containing at least one semimetal element selected from silicon, titanium, zirconium, and boron or a metal alkoxide and/or a partial polycondensation product (A) produced by the hydrolysis of the semimetal element or the metal alkoxide and a lower layer coat mainly containing a binder resin (B) having a functional group which reacts with the alkoxide of (A) and/or its partial polycondensation product.
