Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve dielectric strength and to constitute a coil for an electro magnetic inductive machine at a low cost by shortening working hours during winding operation improved work efficiency and by making the top end part insulation between a coil and an iron coil to be a jump insulation configuration.
CONSTITUTION: Relating to an electromagnetic inductor coil consisting of at least two or more coils concentrically assigned at an iron core 1, a low voltage side coil 2 consists of the coil consisting of a sheet conductor 16, with one turn in the direction of axis and a multiple turn in the direction of diameter, and a high voltage side coil 3 consists of a multiple cylindrical coil containing a tap, and a tap coil layer 38 is formed by winding a plurality of insulation conductors in parallel in the direction of coil's axis and in spiral as well, and each insulation coil element is connected in series, in the same coil layer, in the order different from that of parallel alignment.
