Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily cope with tolerance and others in manufacturing a beam steel frame and to improve workability concerning a column and beam joint part of a steel frame part of steel frame structure and steel frame reinforced concrete structure.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of upper and lower joint metal fittings 3a, 3b is pointed on a column steel frame 1 by high strength bolt tensile joint. At a construction site, a lower flange of a beam steel frame 2 is placed on a flange part of the lower side joint metal fitting 3b, and this part is joined by high strength frictional joint. A web of the upper side joint metal fitting 3a is made approximately half the length of a web of the lower side joint metal fitting 3b, an upper flange of the beam steel frame 2 applied with cutting in correspondence with the length of this web part is matched at the same height, and by sandwiching both of them between splice plates 8, the high strength bolt frictional joint is carried out.
