The mesh body 5 and the plurality of decorative particles 7 are stuck onto the columnar main body 3 by sticking the plurality of decorative particles 7 to one surface of the mesh body 5, deforming the mesh body 5 so as to follow the shape of a side surface of the columnar main body 3 while the surface onto which the decorative particles 7 are stuck, is set to face to a peripheral side, and sticking the mesh body 5 to the side surface of the columnar main body 3.
