A portable telephone terminal 10 records the telephone number of a portable telephone terminal 11 which does not reply to a call as a call back object terminal identifier in a call back object terminal data storage section 22. When there is a call termination, the portable telephone terminal 10 collates a Caller ID with the identifiers recorded in the call back object terminal data storage section 22. In case of a call termination from a call back object terminal, the portable telephone terminal 10 does not perform calling but waits for on-hook of the portable telephone terminal 11. The portable telephone terminal 10 initiates calling in response to disconnection processing. In case of off-hook, the portable telephone terminal 10 performs origination processing to the portable telephone terminal 11. Communication is performed based on origination of the portable telephone terminal 10 and the originator bears the charge.
