Abstract:
To provide a composite member that can suppress peeling of an adhesive member from a ceramic member or a base member, breakage of the adhesive member itself, and warpage of the ceramic member when used at a low temperature.SOLUTION: A composite member comprises a ceramic member 10, a base member 20, and an adhesive member 30 which is disposed between the ceramic member 10 and the base member 20, and has a storage elastic modulus at -60°C of 100 MPa or less, a shear adhesive strain at -60°C of 100% or more, and an elongation at -60°C of 40% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
