Abstract:

To provide a chemically modified oligonucleotide conjugate containing a complexing agent or a complex, bonded with a component connecting to the oligonucleotide.

The oligonucleotide is modified for preventing or at least significantly inhibiting degradation by natural nucleases. The oligonucleotide radical can bond specifically and with high bonding affinity to target structures, and can perform specific therapeutic or diagnostic effects by the bonded complexing agent or the complex.
