This contact lens storage case is provided with: a storage opening 32 having such a size as allowing the insertion of a contact lens 18 into a storage part from the outside and preventing the outflow of the contact lens 18 stored in the storage part; and a take-out opening 30 being openable at an opening area larger than the storage opening 32 and allowing the take-out of the contact lens 18 stored in the storage part, wherein the take-out opening 30 is configured to allow the opening operation and prevent the re-sealing at a position including a part constituting at least one of a bottom wall 22 and a circumferential wall 16 of the storage part with its plated on a surface so as to be disposed.
