PURPOSE: To provide the container for treating used injection needles which enables a user to easily discard the dangerous used injection needles with his one hand without touching the injection needles.

CONSTITUTION: The injection needle 10 of an injector body 8 is inserted into an injection needle insertion hole 5a and is further forcibly inserted into an injection needle removing hole 4a which is smaller than the diameter of a flange 14a and is formed with split grooves radially on the circumference. An injector body pushing up part 5 pushes up the injector body 9 by a spring 6 for pushing up when the inserting force is released. Since the flange 14a is detained by the injection needle removing hole 4a, the injection needle 10 is not pushed up and falls into an injection needle housing part 3.
