Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of the die for rounding, to enable the slight regulation of the die, to facilitate the slight regulation and to restrain work hardening at the time of forming to a minimum.
SOLUTION: In the continuous manufacturing device for a thin wall tube, a pair of straps forming for a bending shape to a U shape next to a pre-bending roll 3 and a pair of straps 4, 5 forming from the U shape to a C shape further next to that are respectively arranged in both left and right sides of a strip plate stock 2, and the rounding from the U shape to the C shape in cross section is gradually executed while the pre-bent strip plate stock 2 passes between the left and right straps 4, 5.
