Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure a correct control for the gas bag regardless of a big fluctuation of the gas quantity supplied from the front stage, by combining the binary signals produced in accordance with the level of each gas bag and then controlling the gas system. CONSTITUTION:The gas bags 1-3 are connected via the entrance valves V1-V3 to the pipe line 5 that links the front stage to the next stage of gas system via the compressor 4. At the same time, the generating devices L1-L3 are provided to the bags 1-3 to generate the binary signals at the upper limit value, the prescribed set value (about 1/2 the upper limit value) and the lower limit value respectively of each level of the gas bags. These binary signals are combined to form the switch control signals for the valves V1-V3 plus the discharge valve VH as well as the control signal for stop of starting of the compressor. Then the valve VH is opened at the upper limit value to prevent the explosion of the bags 1-3, and the compressor 4 is started and stopped at the set value and the lower limit value, respectively. As a result, a correct control is ensured although the quantity of gas supplied from the front stage has a big fluctuation.
