As a result, the excessive pressure rise of a cold water circuit is suppressed, which prevents the abnormal stoppage by the pressure abnormality of the freezers 1 and 2, and prevents the life drop of pumps 3 and 4 by pressure abnormality, and prevents the occurrence of cold water leakage at the joint of pipes by pressure abnormality.
