Abstract:
To provide a cleaning/chemical processing apparatus capable of horizontally carrying, cleaning or chemically processing a thinned printed wiring board or a copper-clad laminate easily while preventing it from dropping or being caught between rolls.
A cleaning/chemically processing conveyer for horizontally conveying the thinned printed wiring board or the copper-clad laminate, or for spraying a liquid concurrently with the horizontal conveyance has a carrier having a wing-formed thin plate on a roll or a wheel and a conveyance mechanism provided on the upper surface of a plate 4 to be conveyed.
