Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cooking device of making possible to improve a safety when a lid is opened by composing of that when a pressure introduction (i.e., a cooking cycle) for a cooking process is going to finish, a pressure in the cooking device is preliminarily released at little before the cooking cycle is completed. CONSTITUTION: A computer 22 having a microcomputer 30 is mounted in a cooking vessel. A device 10 has the means of selecting a program-subroutine for controlling the cooking process by using a cooking medium 21. A parameter detecting means 16 (a temperature detecting probe) and a microcomputer 30 respond to a pressure control means 52 which judges as to whether or not the program-subroutine is started. The No.1 register means of storing timing information concerning the cooking process, and the No.2 register means of storing timing information concerning a pressure control means are arranged in the device 10. According to progress of the cooking process, the No.2 register means is reduced so as to reach zero value at little before the No.1 register means reaches zero value, and then a pressure introduction into the device is finished, its pressure is released at little before the cooking cycle is completed.
