Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a crusher capable of automatically, safely and easily changing the set value of a crushing part by remote operation without giving damage to an equipment bein operated.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pieces of drive bars 42 are lengthened in the longitudinal direction and projected by the equal intervals in the outer circumferential face of an adjustment cap 1.0 inserted into the upper end of a bowl 20. A ratchets mechanism is equipped which is turned around a vertical shaft and butts these drive bars 42 via spring force and inhibits rotation of the adjustment cap 40. A pair of clockwise and counterclockwise hydraulic cylinders 44 are provided which press the side faces of these drive bars 42 and rotate them. A hydraulic unit 60 for driving the hydraulic cylinders 44 is equipped and also operation procedure (sequential starting) for automatically changing the set value brought by a mantle and a bowl liner 21 in motion is incorporated into the hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic unit 60. The sequential starting of driving operation is responded in accordance with a message indicated on a picture plane.
