Abstract:
PURPOSE:To protect an article in custody from moisture without performing a conventional dampproof counterplan by forming a metallic film on the surface of a case made of a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The case 1 consists of a main body 2 and a cover body 3 covering the main body 2 in an opening-and-closing free manner with excellent sealing capability, and both the main body 2 and the cover body 3 are each molded integrally by a proper synthetic resin material. A plurality of partitioning sections 4 are formed protrusively in the main body 1 so that a plurality of masks 5 or wafers or the like are aligned longitudinally and can be kept in custody while avoiding their mutual collisions. The aluminum film 6 composed of aluminum is formed to the outer surfaces of the main body 2 and the cover body 3 made of plastic apprximately uniformly as a whole through evaporation, and the aluminum film 6 is not formed to the inner surfaces of these main body and cover body 2, 3. When the masks are kept in custody by such a dampproof case, the cover body 3 is removed from the main body 2, the masks 5 are aligned longitudinally while being inserted among the partitioning sections 4, 4 in the main body 2, the main body 2 is covered with the cover body 3, and a joint of the main body 2 and the cover body 3 is sealed up by an adhesive tape 7.
