Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the adhesion by working a deformed bar steel or a linear raw material into the complete circularity, and providing spiral grooves in the direction opposite to the spiral direction of knots in the periphery, and thereafter, performing hardening, tempering and heating.
CONSTITUTION: A light degree of drawing work is applied to a bat pressed deformed bar steel, which is formed with knots by hot rolling for deformation, so as to have the complete round cross section, and plural spiral grooves 13 are formed in the periphery thereof, and heating is performed. As components of the raw material of the deformed bar steel, C: 0.1-0.6% by weight, Si: 0.15-2.00% by weight, Mn: 0.6-2.00% by weight, Cr: 0.6% or less are included, and the residual part is composed of iron and obligatory impurity, and the for steel is formed at 5-50 no of diameter. This steel bar is heated at 93 ON/mm=2 or more of tensile strength and at 785N/mm2 or more of yield point. Consequently, a deformed bar steel material at a high strength, which has the excellent concrete adhesion, is obtained.
